Joseph Exell (1849-1910) is well known as the author of the Biblical Illustrator and co-edited the Preacher’s Homiletical Commentary. Here the book of Jonah is examined verse by verse for the benefit of ordinary Christians, drawing out practical applications. A valuable contribution to the study of this book.
