Occasionally, our listed titles will be temporarily out of stock. TBS will back-order any unavailable items for later shipment, unless otherwise instructed. (TBS sometimes makes new titles available for ordering in anticipation of shipments from the publisher.)
Customers are entitled to a full refund within sixty days, provided that the items are returned in good
condition with a copy of the original invoice. Return authorization is not required, but we do ask that
you use U.S. Postal Service book rate. Please pack the items with adequate protection, using the
original shipping materials or a sturdy box, and mail to TBS, PO Box 395, Montville, NJ 07045.
For returns that are due to TBS error, a FULL refund is given (including shipping charges). For returns
that are NOT due to TBS error, a refund of the purchase price of the returned titles (plus tax, where
applicable) will be given.
