The author believes that many who preach and are saved by the same gospel he preaches, yet practice infant baptism. There are more grievous errors than infant baptism-errors that corrupt the gospel itself! Still a gospel concern lies behind the writing of these pages. While we gladly acknowledge that many paedobaptists preach the same gospel we do from their pulpits, we are very concerned that they preach a different gospel from their fonts by their administration of baptism.
